Eligibility Criteria

  • Vendors must align with the mission and values of the conference, providing faith-aligned or family-friendly products and services.

  • ​Accepted vendor categories include, but are not limited to: books, crafts, clothing, accessories, food (pre-packaged), health/wellness, and ministry resources.

  • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: offensive, explicit, or inappropriate materials and items that conflict with Christian values.

Booth Details

  • Included Items: One table and two chairs will be provided. Vendors must bring any additional display items or equipment.

  • Electricity: Available upon request for an additional fee. Vendors must supply their own extension cords.

  • 2 complimentary event tickets (General access)

Fees and Payments

Booth Fee:

  • Premium Booth - $500

  • Standard Booth - $300

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for transporting and setting up their items within the designated setup time.

  • All booth areas must be staffed during the event’s operating hours.

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and security of their booth spaces. All trash must be disposed of in designated areas.

Policies

  • Refunds: Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

  • Liability: The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors are advised to secure their goods.

  • Compliance: Vendors must adhere to venue and local regulations, including any health or safety protocols.

Marketing Opportunities

  • Vendors may promote their participation on social media using the event hashtag: #ObjectionOverruled

  • Vendor names and logos may be included in the event program and or website for an additional fee.
