Eligibility Criteria

Vendors must align with the mission and values of the conference, providing faith-aligned or family-friendly products and services.

Accepted vendor categories include, but are not limited to: books, crafts, clothing, accessories, food (pre-packaged), health/wellness, and ministry resources.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: offensive, explicit, or inappropriate materials and items that conflict with Christian values.
Booth Details

Included Items: One table and two chairs will be provided. Vendors must bring any additional display items or equipment.

Electricity: Available upon request for an additional fee. Vendors must supply their own extension cords.

Fees and Payments
Booth Fee:

Standard Booth - $300
Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for transporting and setting up their items within the designated setup time.

All booth areas must be staffed during the event’s operating hours.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and security of their booth spaces. All trash must be disposed of in designated areas.
Policies

Refunds: Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Liability: The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors are advised to secure their goods.

Compliance: Vendors must adhere to venue and local regulations, including any health or safety protocols.
Marketing Opportunities

Vendors may promote their participation on social media using the event hashtag: #ObjectionOverruled

Vendor names and logos may be included in the event program and or website for an additional fee.
